      Thank you for your message. I am very happy to hear from you. I wish I was able to reply sooner but I lost access to this account so I hope you’ll forgive me for getting back to you just now. Currently, we only have lots for sale in Playa Laiya. We will offer condominiums too in the future, probably in the next 3 or 4 years. I would like to recommend our condominium project in Playa Calatagan, located in the western side of Batangas. It’s a very beautiful project which is still on the pre-selling stage. I will send complete info to your email. I hope I can meet your wife and bring her to the site while she is here 🙂
